Sqnce Rush — Privacy Policy

The Short Version

If you read nothing else, read that. The rest of this policy explains the details for those who want them.

Information We Collect

We collect nothing. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any identifier.
• We do not collect your location.
• We do not collect gameplay statistics or session data.
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.
• We do not run analytics (no Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
• We do not run advertising networks.

Data Stored On Your Device

Sqnce Rush stores the following data locally on your device only, using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party:

• Your campaign progress — which levels you have completed and the star rating earned for each.
• Your power-up inventory (Signal Boost, Frequency Lock, Noise Filter).
• Your daily challenge results and high score.
• Your endless mode personal best score.
• Whether you have unlocked the full game.

Campaign progress and power-up inventory are also synced to iCloud Key-Value Store so your progress carries across your devices. We have no access to this data — it is stored in your Apple iCloud account and governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Daily Challenge Generation

Each day's sequence is generated entirely on-device using a deterministic algorithm seeded by the current calendar date. No server is contacted. No data is sent anywhere. Every player worldwide gets the same sequence through the same local calculation.

Apple Game Center

If you choose to enable Game Center, Apple handles your Game Center identity and leaderboard data according to Apple's Privacy Policy. We submit only your daily challenge and endless mode scores to Game Center leaderboards. We do not receive or store your Apple ID or any personal information from Apple.

In-App Purchase

If you purchase the full game or the Signal Pack, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment information, no billing details, and no personal data from Apple as a result of your purchase. Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Purchase status is verified locally on-device via StoreKit 2 and cached in UserDefaults. No purchase receipt data is transmitted to our servers because we have no servers.

Children's Privacy

Sqnce Rush is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal data from anyone, we do not collect personal data from children either. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and note the change in the app's release notes. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
