Privacy Policy — Curb Chase

The Short Version

      Curb Chase has no servers of its own and asks for no account, name, or email. We never receive your personal data. The app contains no ads and no in-app purchases. To keep the game stable and understand how it is used, the app includes Google's Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting) and Firebase Analytics (aggregated usage statistics), which collect limited diagnostic and usage data as described below. Everything else — your scores, coins, and settings — stays on your device.

Information We Collect Directly

We, Hrdlicka Apps, operate no servers and collect nothing directly. We do not collect your name, email address, location, or contacts, and we do not build advertising or tracking profiles. The diagnostic and usage data described below is collected and processed by Google on our behalf — we operate no analytics servers of our own and have no independent access to your device.

Data Stored On Your Device

Curb Chase stores the following data locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us:

Your game settings (sound, music, haptics).
Your high score and run history statistics.
Your coin balance and unlocked skateboard skins.
Your daily reward and goal/mission progress.
Whether you have seen the first-run tutorial hints.

This local data is removed when you uninstall the app. There is no account and no cloud sync — progress does not transfer between devices.

Third-Party Services We Use

Curb Chase uses the following Google services on both Android and iOS. They collect and process data under Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Firebase privacy documentation.

Google Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)

When the app crashes, Crashlytics collects diagnostic information such as the type of crash and where it happened, the state of the app at the time, your device model and operating system version, and a random, app-specific installation identifier (a "Crashlytics installation UUID"). This information is not used to identify you personally and is not used for advertising. It is used solely to find and fix bugs.

Google Firebase Analytics (usage statistics)

Firebase Analytics collects aggregated app-usage events (such as app opens and session length) along with device model, operating system version, coarse location derived from IP address (country/region level), and an app-instance identifier. We use this only to understand, in aggregate, how the game is used — for example, how many people play each day. It is not used to identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising.

No ads, no purchases, no accounts

Curb Chase currently contains no advertising SDKs, no in-app purchases, no sign-in of any kind, and no connection to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. Coins in the game are earned purely through play and spent in the in-game shop; no real money is involved. If a future update adds any such feature, this policy will be updated first.

Children's Privacy

Curb Chase is directed to a general audience age 13 and older and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the app is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families program. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will address it. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

Data Retention & Your Rights

Locally stored game data is kept on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Crash and diagnostic reports collected by Firebase Crashlytics are retained by Google for a limited period (generally up to 90 days) and are not tied to your identity. Firebase Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention settings and is aggregated. For any privacy question or request — including a request to delete data associated with your app installation — contact us using the details below and we will assist.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this privacy policy in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and note the change in the app's release notes. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
