Curb Chase — Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Curb Chase ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Hrdlicka Apps. "You" refers to the person using the App.

Use of the App

Curb Chase is an endless-runner arcade game for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App on any device you own or control. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
• Exploit bugs or glitches to manipulate scores, goals, daily rewards, or the in-game coin economy.

Free to Play — No Purchases, No Ads

Curb Chase is currently free to download and play. The App contains no advertising and offers no in-app purchases. If a future update introduces optional purchases or ads, these Terms and our Privacy Policy will be updated first, and any purchase would be processed by the platform store (Google Play or the App Store) under that store's terms of sale.

In-Game Coins & Skins

Curb Chase includes an in-game coin system earned entirely through gameplay and spent in the in-game shop on cosmetic skateboard skins. Coins cannot be purchased with real money. Coins and unlocked items have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other compensation. Coins, skins, scores, and progress are stored locally on your device and may be lost if the App is deleted or the device is reset.

Daily Rewards & Goals

Curb Chase includes daily login rewards and rotating goals/missions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue these features at any time. Streaks and progress are stored locally on your device.

App Stores

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from — the Google Play Terms of Service on Android, or the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions on iOS. Neither Google nor Apple is a party to these Terms, and neither has any obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.

Intellectual Property

All content in Curb Chase — including but not limited to the app design, graphics, 3D models, sounds, music, code, and cosmetic skins — is owned by Hrdlicka Apps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

You are welcome to share screenshots, recordings, and results from the App on social media and streaming platforms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs, or that any score, reward, or game outcome will be preserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hrdlicka Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed $5.00 USD.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Iowa.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and note the change in the App's release notes. Your continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
