The short version: DigitDown does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Everything stays on your device. We don't know who you are, how you play, or how often you play.

We collect nothing. DigitDown does not have a backend server, does not create user accounts, and does not transmit any information about you or your gameplay to Hrdlicka Apps LLC or any third party.
All game data — your scores, stats, session history, settings, daily challenge results, and streak counts — is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults and local files).
DigitDown integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. If you are signed into Game Center on your device, Apple may receive your scores and achievement data. This data is governed entirely by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your Game Center data or your Apple ID.
Game Center participation is optional. DigitDown works fully without a Game Center account.
DigitDown offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade ("DigitDown Pro") processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We never see or handle your payment information. All purchase verification is handled by Apple's StoreKit framework on your device.
Your Pro status is stored locally on your device and verified directly with Apple's servers — it is never sent to us.
DigitDown uses your device's haptic engine (UIImpactFeedbackGenerator, UINotificationFeedbackGenerator) to provide tactile feedback during gameplay. This does not transmit any data anywhere — it is a local hardware call only.
DigitDown does not integrate any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs. We do not use Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Crashlytics, Sentry, or any similar service.
If you have opted into Apple's App Store crash reporting in your device settings, Apple may share anonymized crash logs with us through App Store Connect. This data is anonymized and aggregated by Apple — it contains no personally identifiable information.
DigitDown is a math puzzle game suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal data whatsoever, there is no risk to users of any age. DigitDown is fully compliant with COPPA (the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) — we do not collect, use, or disclose personal information from any user, including children under 13.
Because all data is stored on your device, you are in complete control. To delete all DigitDown data, simply delete the app from your device. Nothing is retained on any server because nothing was ever sent to one.
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through an app update notice. Continued use of DigitDown after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
