We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DigitDown on your Apple devices, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works based on DigitDown or any part of it. You may not rent, lease, loan, sell, or sublicense the app or any rights to it.
DigitDown offers an optional one-time purchase called "DigitDown Pro." All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple's payment terms.
DigitDown Pro is a non-consumable purchase — once purchased, it is yours for the lifetime of the app on your account. There are no subscriptions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
DigitDown optionally integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Game Center participation is entirely optional — DigitDown works fully without a Game Center account.

DigitDown and all content within it — including but not limited to the game design, graphics, sounds, code, and branding — are owned by Hrdlicka Apps LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
DigitDown is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We make no guarantee that Game Center features will always be available, as those depend on Apple's infrastructure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hrdlicka Apps LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hrdlicka Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of game progress, or loss of profits — arising from your use of DigitDown, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of DigitDown shall not exceed the amount you paid for DigitDown Pro, if anything.
DigitDown is a math puzzle game suitable for all ages. We do not collect personal information from any user, including children under 13. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may stop using DigitDown at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. If the app is discontinued, any purchased Pro entitlements that have already been granted remain valid under Apple's standard StoreKit restore mechanism for as long as the app is installed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through an app update notice. Continued use of DigitDown after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Iowa.
